ALWAYS WEAR A SMILE AND BRING LOTS OF ENTHUSIASM....THIS IS INFECTIOUS!


Winter

  • Good fitting underwear
  • Layer your top half finishing with a fleece which can be removed (when you feel hot) and tied around your waist.
  • Long bottoms, nothing baggy or too long
  • Gloves, not mittens and preferably water resistant
  • A hat particularly if you feel the cold
  • A light water/shower proof jacket, preferably long enough to cover your backside.
  • Trainers, not walking shoes or boots and be prepared to get them dirty/muddy, so water resistant is good. No MBT’s unless you are very used to them and definitely not if you’re a runner.
  • Resistance Tubing and a Skipping Rope, (These can be purchased from me)
  • A bottle of water
  • A towel to keep in the car……in case you need to dry yourself or to sit on it
  • Extra footwear to change in to after exercise…..shoes and socks

Summer

  • Good fitting underwear
  • T shirt and a long sleeve top…..just in case
  • Long or short bottoms although twigs/nettles etc may irritate bare legs
  • Trainers, no MBT’s or Fitflops
  • Resistance Tubing and a Skipping Rope, (These can be purchased from me)
  • 2 bottles of water, one to leave in the car
  • An exercise mat

The Rules of Fitness Blitz 

  1. No talk of chocolates, cakes, biscuits crisps or nuts….unless you have any with you.
  2. No eating while exercising….unless it’s something from above and you’re prepared to share.
  3. No swearing... unless during conversation about men or mother in laws.
  4. No alcohol consumption during class….unless its champagne and you have some with you.
