PERSONAL TRAINING

 

 

Personal Training is very beneficial for several reasons ……If you have never participated in any form of exercise and you prefer one to one exclusive training, if you want to kick start the Fitness Blitz group exercise by having individual lessons and learn the techniques (which will make you feel more confident in the class) or if you just favour exercising with a personal trainer by yourself to see and feel results very quickly.

 

 

The personal training takes place either outside in Burnham Beeches/ Black Park or in and around your home. For inside training I would normally take my clients on a brisk walk or run and warm up prior to a series of exercises including skipping, step ups, trampoline, resistance tubing , weights and some mat work - i.e. press ups, sit ups etc.

 

 

Each session is an hour in total including advice on eating habits and nutrition, with many of my clients this advice- particularly on a first session is often looking at food supplies in cupboards and making suggestions for food shopping…..what to keep and not to keep in stock!

 

 

Very often I suggest a mixture of group training outside and personal training inside, this is extremely effective and also prevents boredom creeping in! Ideally you would be looking to do 3 sessions a week with at least one of individual training.

 

 

Rates vary depending on how many you book and the combination (individual/group) I would also suggest an initial complimentary 30 minute consultation prior to starting this form  training to discuss your needs etc.
