FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT FITNESS BLITZ

How long does each class last?

Each class is one hour; we start with a warm up and finish with some stretching

 

What will I be doing?

Walking and/or running between a series of circuit type exercises including skipping and using resistance tubing (these act like weights) see “about us”

 

How many sessions should I book?

Ideally 3 or 4 a week for a 4 week period.

 

Do I need to be a member and pay a joining fee?

There is no membership fee, see “schedule of events”

 

How much weight will I lose?

We tend to talk about fat loss rather than weight and the change depends very much on you and what you’re eating and drinking. However this form of exercise is very effective and you will see and feel the change in your body quite quickly (see Testimonials)

 

What should I wear?

This depends on the weather; see “what to wear and what to bring to Fitness Blitz”

 

Do I need to be fit?

No, there are many different ages and abilities at Fitness Blitz, see “about us”

 

What happens if I miss a session?

There are no refunds and you cannot carry sessions over, however if space is available in another class you are welcome to come along.

 

What happens if I’m late?

We always set off exactly on time, go different routes and don’t wait for late arrivals, however we tend to warm up in the same spot and provided you are only a few minutes late you can catch up.

 

What happens in the rain and snow?

We don’t worry about the rain, sleet or snow! The class goes ahead unless the route is dangerous in which case you will receive a text message in the morning telling you the class is cancelled. 
 

Where does all this happen and what time?

Burnham Beeches, from Farnham Common go along Beeches Road (Memories of India) Indian restaurant on the corner, all the way to the top of the road and straight into the Beeches, park in the first or second car park on your left hand side.

The times of the classes depend very much on the time of year, in the summer there is an early bird session “see schedule of events”

 

Can I bring my dog?

No.
